Yes, we offer no-contact local delivery for a delivery fee based on the distance from Pacific Beach (ZIP code 92109).
Available delivery windows:
• 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• 12:30 PM – 3:30 PMDelivery pricing will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you need your order delivered at a specific time, we recommend scheduling delivery for the day before, as our products stay fresh for up to 2 days when refrigerated, or selecting pickup on your preferred date.

We offer convenient delivery for all catering orders through a trusted third-party delivery service.
Our drivers are instructed to ring the doorbell and leave your order at the doorstep, front desk, or reception area. For the safety and convenience of both our customers and drivers, we do not offer meet-ups or direct hotel room deliveries.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any necessary delivery instructions to help drivers locate the destination. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, missing information, or inability to access the location, the order will be returned to our kitchen.
In these situations, customers may arrange pickup or, if available, pay an additional delivery fee for a second delivery attempt. Please note that orders are non-refundable when delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

No problem! We offer no-contact delivery. If no one is available to receive the order, our driver will leave it at the front doorstep or designated delivery location provided at checkout. We recommend refrigerating your items as soon as possible upon delivery to ensure freshness and food safety.

Yes, we offer free pickup in Pacific Beach (ZIP code 92109) from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, by appointment only.
Pickup instructions and the exact address will be sent via email or text message after your order is placed.
Please note that we are not a storefront, and all pickups must be scheduled in advance.

Pickup times are selected by you during checkout based on the available time slots for your chosen date.
If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please contact us within a 30-minute grace period. Orders that are not picked up and for which we do not receive communication may be canceled and are non-refundable.
If you would like to arrive earlier than your selected pickup time, please contact us first to confirm that we are available and that your order is ready.

For regular orders, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time, including same-day cancellations, are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule an order, we will do our best to accommodate it based on availability. Reschedule requests must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
