What are your cancellation and refund policies for Charcuterie Boards, Boxes, and Table orders?

- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the delivery date/event date to be fully refunded. Cancellations made 24 hours before the delivery date/event date will receive a 50% refund. Orders canceled on the same day of the event/delivery date won't be refunded.

How to reschedule a Grazing Table? 

- You can e-mail with the reason and new date required for the Grazing Table, orders can be rescheduled only one time. If you wish to reschedule more than one time, a 15% fee of the total will be added. 

Note: When you place an order or book a date, we may have to turn down other people's requests. 

We offer Pick up only upon request. 

Please, note that we offer a 15 minute window in case the customer is running late. After 15 minutes,  if we don't hear back from you and/or we have other orders to be delivered, we will have to reschedule a time that works best for everyone. But we will always try our best to work with you.
