Terms and Conditions
Pick-up Policy:
We will schedule a pick-up time at your convenience for the desired date. Please note that if we do not hear back from you within the 30-minute grace period, your order will be cancelled and non-refunded. Check with us first if you can come by earlier than scheduled time to insure we are available and that your order is ready. WE ARE NOT A STOREFRONT but we are located in Pacific Beach and the address will be provided via email after you submit your order.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
For regular orders, we require cancellations to be made 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, same-day cancellations cannot be refunded. For Grazing Table orders, we require cancellations to be made 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made 1 week or less in advance will receive a 50% refund. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are here to help make the process as easy as possible. If you need to reschedule your Grazing Table, please reach out to us via email with the reason and new desired date. We will work with you to find a new date that works for everyone, as long as it is within 2 weeks of your original date. Thank you for choosing Grazing Box San Diego for your catering needs!
Delivery Policy:
We offer convenient delivery for all of our catering orders through a third party. Please note that our drivers are instructed to ring the doorbell and drop off your order at your doorstep or the front desk of offices/hotels. We do not offer meet-ups or hotel room deliveries for your comfort and safety. However, we would like to remind our customers that it is their responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. Please make sure to include any special delivery instructions to help our drivers find your location. If we are unable to complete a delivery due to missing information or a wrong address, the order will be returned to our kitchen and the customer will need to arrange to pick it up. Please note that orders will not be refunded in these situations.
